Course Goals
Through this course, the student will be able to achieve the following:
- Master the correct pronunciation of Korean
- Master the basic structure of Korean, able to understand and use short sentences
- Learn basic conversations needed in daily life such as greetings, self-introduction, ordering, shopping, phone calls, transportation, invitations, etc.
- Learn the basic Korean culture needed in daily life such as Korean food and address
- Students who have completed this course can have Korean language proficiency similar to TOPIK Level 1
